RETURN POLICY?
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF MERCHANDISE ARRIVAL DATE AND IF THE ITEM IS IN UNUSED CONDITION, WITH TAGS ATTACHED, FREE OF MAKEUP, STAINS, DEODERANT, PERFUME SMELLS ETC.
AFTER 14 DAYS, WE UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNWORN AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED. IF WE FIND ANY STAINS OR SIGNS OF WEAR, WE CANNOT OFFER STORE CREDIT. IF YOU WISH US TO SHIP THE DAMAGED ITEM BACK TO YOU, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST ON RETURNS.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
1. Print out the return form that can be found at the top of this page. If you do not include this form, we will not be able to locate your order and will be unable to process your return.
2. Ship the item/s you wish to return to the following address along with your return form:

** YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM(S). SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.** We recommend you use a trackable shipping service (we find USPS first class or USPS Priority the most cost effective). We are not responsible for lost packages, but you can be refunded for a lost package by USPS if you use USPS Priority service.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit once we receive your item back.
*** ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ANY ITEM THAT IS LISTED IN THE “SALE” SECTION IS FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. ADDITIONALLY, ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT OF 25% OFF OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE.
EXCHANGES?
If you wish to exchange an item in your order, please follow the return instructions above, and note what item/s you would like to exchange with what size in the return form sent back to us.
When we receive the item back, we will issue your exchange and send you your new item/s IF WE STILL HAVE THE ITEMS IN STOCK! If we do not, we will issue you store credit as a normal return. We will send the exchange to the original address used. If you wish to have it sent elsewhere, please note that in your return form as well.
